A. Appointment Clock
Instructions: Draw a clock with lines near the numbers for writing down the name of a classmate. You will be given 5 minutes to make appointments with at least 12 different people in our classroom. Be quick! The clocks fill up quickly and you may end up without an appointment for a specific time.
Be sure that you write down the name of the person you have made your appointment with and that they write down your name on their clock. Otherwise, you may end up with an appointment with someone that you have not documented.
If you end up with empty spaces, the instructor may ask you to double-book or to be the "floater" for that time period. The "floater" will fill in for anyone who is absent. If everyone is in class, the "floater" may be asked to joing another team. The appointment clocks will be used to pair up students for various classroom activities.
