UNFREEZING A COMPUTER (mac).

1. OPTION + CONTROL (the key with the apple on it). Keep holding.

2. PRESS the ESC (escape key).

3. Hold all for a few seconds. (it is the same as control+alt+delete).

4. Click on the item giving you problems, then click on FORCE QUIT.

5. Continue quitting until you get to FINDER. Click on RELAUNCH.

6. Now, click up near the menu (upper left corner. click on the red (close) icon).

Your computer should now be working.

CONTROL + ALT+ DELETE

Click on the program having issues (not responding).

Click on END PROGRAM NOW. CLick on END NOW until it goes away.

Close the CONTROL + ALT+ DELETE window.
